1.7 - Added Pulse Embeds - 2020‑07-03

Leonardo Federico · July 3rd, 2020

Pulses are a great way to share written updates to the team, but until now they were limited to text and images only. We're excited to introduce smart Embeds.

Introducing Embeds to Pulse

Embeds enhance your content with rich context cards. From Loom videos and Figma files to Tweets and Google Maps, we've got you covered.

How to Embed Rich Content in a Pulse

To embed content in a pulse, copy and paste the link in the editor.

From there, a dropdown will appear. If you click Dismiss, Pulse will paste the link. If you click Create Embed, Pulse will look for the related smart element.

If your link is included in the list of our supported providers, Pulse will embed a rich card. If not, Pulse will revert to a simplified rich card.
